Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Products that have a personalized engraving

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist you in selecting the desired replacement item. Any price differences will be handled accordingly.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective product and provide you with a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the item securely, including all original accessories and packaging materials.
  3. Include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation in the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
